Each year, Apple unveils a fresh lineup of iPhone devices renowned for their allure and innovation. ZAGG, on the other hand, maintains a constant commitment to innovation and rigorous product testing to ensure they remain the premier choice in device protection and safety.
My creative inspiration led me to develop a nostalgic concept reminiscent of the "crash test dummies" from the 1990s, akin to the iconic "Buckle Up" characters that captivated our childhoods. This concept involves personalizing these dummies as ZAGG's test dummies, serving to enhance the brand and its messaging. These endearing, light-hearted, and educational personas of the "Dummies" allow ZAGG to engage with less inherently captivating subjects such as new product releases, product features, benefits, technologies, and updates.
The ZAGG test dummies assume the role of credible spokespersons, endorsing ZAGG products and articulating the significance of superior phone protection. Ultimately, these ZAGG test dummies act as visual metaphors, compelling individuals to contemplate a more effective way to safeguard their phones.

Located in a hip area of Southern California, mophie was a business on the decline, featuring premium power products. More than just a product company, the brand lost the hype it once had as the category leader. Among mophie’s core challenges was building awareness around their new product line snap+. The brand’s product team got lost in talking about features and lost sight of the consumers that once championed the brand to greatness.
It was no surprise, then, that their fans were unenlightened. As is often the case, in order to effectively express mophie’s unique value to audiences, we needed to fully understand what that value was. Only with a thorough assessment of the true nature of the the brand story and its landscape could we hope to formulate a cohesive brand product launch. We needed to discover the brand authenticity, so that we could craft a unique and compelling story that would resonate with the mophie consumer group, and capitalize in reconnecting with the mophie tribe.

The mophie Juice Pack was one of the first product lines that helped launch the brand in the early days. With every new iPhone, mophie dropped a new battery case. But this time we wanted to take mophie from the beaches in California to the streets in New York. With video and photo crew along for the adventure, we took to the streets and capture city experiences. We met some amazing people. WOW! What a whirlwind of a couple days that was. But well worth it.
